We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® for those last-minute orders. Order MUST be placed before 11AM for next day delivery.

 It takes our couriers 2 extra days to deliver to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Returns & Replacements


At TEAL92 we want to ensure that you receive the right garment, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived. We offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is 'just not for you'.

 You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned unworn, within our returns period. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations our returns period for a refund/exchange is to notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and returning and products within 28 days unless otherwise stated.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact the TEAL92 customer service team on via email at SALES@TEAL92.COM as we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Wrong Item

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.


Please note that for any returns or exchanges the original tags and swing tickets must be attached to the garment, the garment unworn, and in the same condition for TEAL92 to be able to process any refunds or exchanges.


Payments & Transactions

 All Transactions

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. Further time may be required dependant on your bank or payment methods process time. 

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. Klarna maybe available on your order, and will be listed at checkout if your order qualifies. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. 



Complaints Process

We hope that you are pleased with any purchase you've made or service you've received from us, and that you'll never have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with, please get in contact with the Customer Services team so that we can try to put matters right.

 In the first instance, please contact our Customer Care team at CUSTOMERSERVICES@TEAL92.COM and we'll aim to resolve your complaint by phone or email. If after contacting us you feel this isn't satisfactory, please ask for the matter to be escalated to the Head of Client Relations & VIP's.
